Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A 25% DAMAGE FEE WILL ALSO BE CHARGED IF ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Returns/ Exchanges will only be accepted if started within 14 days of the original invoice date. A 25% Restocking Fee applies to all returns/exchanges and the product(s) must repacked in their original packaging and be in new, sellable, condition. Shipping is non-refundable and any product(s) purchased with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund in addition to the 25% Restocking Fee. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Refunds will only be offered if we have received the product back within 30 days of the original invoice date. If the product is not received within 30 days of the original invoice date an account credit will be issued instead of a refund. Refunds/Exchanges are only processed after inspection by us which may take up to 14 days. Timing for credit to appear on credit card statements may vary by card issuer and may not show up until the next billing cycle statement.

In no event shall DTA Fabrication be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

RETURN ADDRESS

Customer must provide his or her own proper packaging to ensure safe return shipment to DTA Fabrication and recommend obtaining shipping insurance. Unmarked packages and/or packages that do not include all information required will not receive credit. Unmarked packages and/or packages that do not include all information required will not receive credit.

You must include your order number in the address and inside the package to ensure you have your information. If you do not include your original order number, we are unable to process the guarantee.

All items returned must be in new and unused condition. If DTA Fabrication finds the item damaged and unsaleable condition, the customer will be denied the return. Items returned that have scratches or marks on powder coat will be charged up to 20% on your item/s total depending on the item and the severity of the damage. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, shipping insurance, and tracking. Customer must provide his or her own proper packaging to ensure safe return shipment to DTA Fabrication. Unmarked packages and/or packages that do not include all information required will not receive credit.

 

APPROVED RETURNS

Once we have approved your return, you will be emailed a notice of return approval. 

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business after we receive and inspect your item. We will refund your order with the original payment method used less the original shipping cost. 

Exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 business after we receive and inspect your item.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

You have 30 days to make a claim on that product and ship it back to our warehouse. In the event an item is defective, and you would like to exchange the item, please follow the warranty claim process. All shipping costs will be covered by Rago as long as the item is found to be defective within the 30-day period. In the event DTA Fabrication finds the item not defective, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Any orders that have been received by DTA Fabrication may be canceled or changed with no penalty within the first48 hours of placing the order. All DTA Fabrication manufactured product will cancelation fee of 10% of the total order after the initial time. Any 3rd party vendor product will carry a 20% cancelation fee for that product. All sales are final on bumpers and DIY bumper kits, custom orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you would like to cancel an order, please email dtafabricatioin@gmail.com

ORDER CHANGES

We will do our best to help with order changes. We will not do change orders for anything custom made. We will not exchange anything custom made to customer’s request.

FITMENT

Customers are responsible for verification of fitment of products before purchase. Due to the variance of older vehicles and the wear we can not guarantee 100% proper fitment and in some cases the installer will have to use their discretion to compensate. If something we built is wrong follow the defective item warranty claim process.
