SHIPPING POLICY 

 

DTA Fabrication is not liable for any damage occurred in shipment including powder coat damages.

All orders are shipped by the carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS or other). Typical transit time will be 3-7 business days depending on the size of the order. Larger Items can take longer such as bumpers and sliders. Shipping time for these items is not included in the 1-3 week build time.

Items that weigh less than 1 pound will be send via USPS First Class mail and will not contain insurance. Insurance is available for an additional charge. In the event an item becomes lost or stolen, the customer will have to place a new order. 

Returns / Exchanges/ Cancels

Customer is responsible for all back-and-forth shipping charges for returns or exchanges.

All returns must be authorized and be clearly marked "Return" with a note of the Order Number which the item is being returned on.

Any items shipped COD or having additional fees that are charged to DTA Fabrication upon delivery will be rejected.

We cannot and will not cancel orders that are currently in transit. Customers are able to return products once they receive them.

Orders considered lost in transit cannot be canceled. Orders lost in transit can only be cancelled once the carrier acknowledges and sends written confirmation of the lost package so shipping insurance can be claimed. We are unable to cancel or replace items until written confirmation is received. 

All other applicable conditions and terms of our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy apply. 

Warranty

For warranty claims please contact DTA Fabrication. DTA Fabrication will assist customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped for inspection. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.

International and Outside Lower 48 State Shipping 

DTA Fabrication is not liable for any damage occurred in shipment including powder coat damages for international orders as well as orders placed in Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping costs at checkout are only an ESTIMATE. In the event, there is additional shipping, We will contact you for additional payment.
