Take your 1996–2004 Toyota Tacoma or 3rd Gen 4Runner to the next level with our 3-Link Solid Axle Swap Kit. Designed for extreme off-road capability without sacrificing street manners. 

Designed for use with 05 – 2016 Super Duty axles. Optimized for 12" stroke 2.0 or 2.5 coilovers and 38"–42" tires

Recommended Coilover Spring Rates:

• Top Spring: 150–200 lb/in
• Bottom Spring: 200–250 lb/in

Frame Reinforcement Plates

• 3/16" CNC-cut steel for superior strength
• Provides additional frame strength and a foundation for the panhard bar and shock towers
• Driver-side plate includes a location for Toyota IFS box mounting that pushes your box as far forward as possible without hacking up your core support.

Axle Truss & Brackets

• 1/4" steel low-profile axle truss designed to also be your bump stop pad.
• 1/4" plate link mounts with side-load gussets for added strength

Shock Towers

• 1/4" thick steel to reduce flex under extreme conditions
• Integrated remote reservoir mounts for clean, secure fitment
• Designed flat for easy cross brace addition
• Does not interfere with the steering shaft

Transmission Crossmember

• Direct weld-in replacement for the factory crossmember
• 3-piece design allows easy transmission removal without disturbing lower links
• 1/4" CNC-cut steel for maximum durability
• Drop-down design for faster assembly and alignment with hardware going virticaly
• Dual transfer case setups require modification (mount ships loose)

Suspension Links

• Lower links: 2" x .250" wall DOM tubing with your choice of 1.25" Heim or Enduro joints
• Upper link: 1.75" x .250" wall DOM tubing with 7/8" Heim joints
• Pre-welded and ready to install

Panhard Bar

• 1.5" x .250" wall DOM tubing Bent to clear diff
• 3/4" Heim joints on both ends for easy adjustment
• Pre-welded for plug-and-play installation
